If you are ordering from within the UK, postage is free of charge.
For overseas customers a small postage charge will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout using your shipping address.
Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and fees upon delivery, depending on your shipping destination.
Products are sent in a hard backed envelope or box and larger pieces or framed items are sent in a postal tube or securely packaged parcel.

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to post your order within 10 working days from the date purchased. If for whatever reason an ordered cannot be fulfilled in this timeframe, Inspired Coventry will contact you with a likely date of postage. Your order will be posted to you by Royal Mail to the shipping address provided at the time ordering. Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery of an item following the dispatch.

If your packaging is noticeably damaged, please reject the delivery. It will then be returned to us using the address on the packaging.
If you have already accepted the delivery, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving your product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
It’s very helpful if you can take photographs of the unopened packaging, and you should keep the product in the original packaging until we resolve the issue.
