Delivery and Returns

Please read our Delivery and Returns page in full before purchasing a product. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of the below terms.

Our products are dispatched from the UK. All prices for UK customers are inclusive of delivery costs and charges (Excluding Highlands and Islands). Delivery charges will apply for all customers outside of the UK.

For customers outside the UK, shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout using your shipping address.

Once your order has been accepted, we aim to post your order within 10 working days from the date purchased. If for whatever reason an ordered cannot be fulfilled in this timeframe, Inspired Coventry will contact you with a likely date of postage.

Please allow for up to 7 working days for delivery of an item following the dispatch.

Your order will be posted to you by Royal Mail to the shipping address provided at the time ordering. Inspired Coventry has no obligation to provide any other postal couriers. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address for delivery.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and fees upon delivery, depending on your shipping destination.

If you’re not entirely happy with your artwork, you can return it to us within 14 days and choose a replacement or receive a full refund. Our returns policy excludes artworks that are made to order, such as personalised pieces. These cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

In the unlikely event you wish to return an item, please contact within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number, the reason for your return and whether you would prefer to exchange or receive a refund.

It is essential that you return the item to us in perfect condition as otherwise we will be unable to resell the item. If the item is damaged when it reaches us, we will be unable to refund you. Please contact if you have any questions about how to pack your item for return. It is your responsibility to cover the return postage.

If your packaging is noticeably damaged, please reject the delivery. It will then be returned to us using the address on the packaging.

If you have already accepted the delivery, you will need to contact us within 3 working days of receiving your product to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

It’s very helpful if you can take photographs of the unopened packaging, and you should keep the product in the original packaging until we resolve the issue.
